Jinkō connects the scientific evidence, models, populations, protocols, simulations, and analyses behind an in silico trial. Each item remains inspectable and versioned as the work develops.
Work in one traceable environment
- Manage evidence and data. Curate references, extract quantitative evidence, build Data Tables, and connect sources to the work that uses them.
- Build mechanistic models. Create, import, document, calibrate, and reuse Computational Models.
- Represent population variability. Create or upload Virtual Populations, then inspect and subsample them for a specific question.
- Simulate Trials. Define Protocol Arms, measures, and analyses, then execute simulations at scale.
- Review results together. Compare scenarios, visualize outcomes, and keep decisions connected to model versions and inputs.
- Choose how to operate. Work in the interface, use Kōhai inside Jinkō, or use the SDK and skills from an external harness.
