There are two main ways to change your password.

📄️ How many groups and projects can I create in jinkō?

There is no limit to the number of groups and projects you can create on the jinkō platform. They are here to help you organize your work. For each group, you will be able to add members and set different levels of access. You can then decide with whom you want to work on a particular project and which permissions they have.

📄️ How to assign and edit the members' roles in the project?

If you wish to have your colleagues working with you on the project, you can invite them to join.

📄️ How many viewers can I have for my project and how can I invite them to the project?

Each project will have as many viewers as the owner of the project has decided (among the people who have an access to jinkō platform)

📄️ When I comment in the Communication Feed, are my mentioned colleagues automatically notified ?

Yes, to do so, simply start typing in your comment an '@', this will trigger the list of available members from your team who can can tag. As a result, your teammate will receive an email notification of the comment and be invited to review it in the jinkō platform.

📄️ When I create a document, I have an option to link it with other items. What is the difference between 'Linked to' and 'Linked by'?
